Job Description & Responsibilities:-
Deliver technical support and conduct online demos and customer training
Perform requirement gathering and analysis
Respond to RFI requests and ensure timely follow-up with contacts
Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers and provide POC to leads
Eligibility Criteria:- Preferred Skill Set:-
Excellent in written and spoken English
Proficient in offering phone-based support to US and UK customers
Have an experience of 6 months or more in client-facing roles
Need to be open to relocation and working night shifts
Interested in learning new technologies
