Job Description & Responsibilities:- Utilize intelligent automation testing frameworks to execute regression test cases efficiently. Efficiently identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Stay updated on the latest features and changes in Db2 for z/OS, incorporating new function test cases into regression test suites. Establish and maintain consistent and reliable test data and environments to ensure the timely execution of automated tests. Develop and update comprehensive technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Actively contribute to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of QA processes, methodologies, and tools through valuable insights and suggestions. Eligibility Criteria:- 1+ Years of experience in testing and quality assurance processes for software products Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Rexx, JCL, Python Strong proficiency in z/OS and z/VM Experience in software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field Excellent problem-solving, communication skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skill Set:- IBM Certified: Db2 for z/OS administrator or similar certification Strong proficiency in z/OS and z/VM Experience in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for software applications.
