Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Engineering Graduate with SAP MM Ariba work experience within procurement and Sourcing modules and having understanding of support Processes.
- Should be able to provide dependable and timely resolution for complex software issues related to the SAP Ariba product area.
- In depth understanding of cloud technologies and related aspects of life cycle management
- Demonstrates competency with the full suite of SAP Ariba Solutions, understanding and proficiency of MM business process and integration topics.
- Build partnerships with customers to proactively deliver expertise and improve customer value of SAP Ariba solutions
- Should be ready for shift & on call support during weekends as per required schedule
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Understanding of object oriented methodologies, SQL and basic programming in Java. In depth understanding of cloud technologies and related aspects of life cycle management is a must.
- Candidate should have good problem solving, organizational, analytical skills, time management and prioritization skills. Utilize available time efficiently in order to achieve effective and efficient results and ability to capture a complete and accurate problem/symptom description of reported issues
- Should have good verbal and written communication skill JD for Ariba P2O ( Procure to Order)
