Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate through proof of concepts to validate ideas and gather user feedback.
- Explore and implement AI capabilities into web applications
- Assist in the integration of 3D models, animations, and visual effects into web applications for AR/VR experiences.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Javascript, AI, and 3D AR/VR technologies, and actively expand knowledge in these areas.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative web solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Proven experience in web application development using React, NextJs and other JS Framework.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate through proof of concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working with Database as Service like Firebase, Supabse etc…
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with RESTful Services and OpenAPI advantageous
- Have a good level of knowledge / experience of Agile software development, and supporting best practices: BDD, TDD, Pair Programming etc
Preferred Skill Set:-
- Some exposure to AI concepts and an eagerness to learn and work with AI technologies.
- Some familiarity with creating 3D worlds and a basic understanding of AR/VR development.
- Some understanding with unity, unreal or similar
- Having participated in hackathons or made contributions to open-source projects would be a big plus.
