- Adhering to company policies and procedures for non-voice communication.
- Ensuring timely response to customer queries and requests.
- Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors or higher authorities as needed.
- Conducting research and using available resources to assist customers.
- Maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Meeting performance targets related to response times and customer satisfaction.
