Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Daily Audits – Conduct Daily audits as assigned by Ops, QA TL.
- Working closely with the Ops and internal teams to get the required Error analysis.
- Drive error rectification, work together with internal teams to have permanent error resolutions as per identified issues/ errors,
- Reporting error trends to PM , QA managers, Ops.
- Conducting refreshers for team on QC findings and PKTs as necessary.
- Work on any adhoc requests received by business, ops team as per business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting with 6 months of relevant experience.
- Good problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Skills Set:-
- Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/SAP (applicable AR systems).
- Must possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communications skill
