Job Description & Responsibilities:-

Then write to us. Thomson Reuters is growing our data analytics capabilities within our Customer Experience team and are looking for talented individuals who can help us make meaningful connections.  

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience working in the data analytics domain.
• Has experience building visualization dashboards, reports & automating them.
• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience working on Tableau visualization tool.
• Working experience in Alteryx tool & its workflows to automate the dashboards.
• Good experience in generating insights from the historical data or real time data.
• Proficient at using Python or any other leading software/languages.
• Knowledge of querying languages like SQL, Snowflake, and relational databases
• Understanding of Text Analytics (NLP), Machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Good to have CX (Customer experience) domain knowledge or working on survey data projects.
• Graduates from any stream (background in quantitative fields preferred)
• Excellent communication skills

Skills Set:-

• Good Knowledge of creating Dashboards, Reports & Insight generation.
• Experience with Tableau data visualization tool.
• Experience with Alteryx tool and its workflows.
• Highly proficient in Python and SQL (or any other querying language)
• Has advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong logical and scientific approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex results in a simple and concise manner at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
