Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Work on day-to-day activities to support businesses with their system improvements, and application issues.
- Document RCAs update the team SharePoint and maintain the documentation repository.
- Ready to learn IVR technologies and contact Center routing concepts.
- Follow waterfall SDLC and be ready to adapt to Agile methodology.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Must be familiar with at least one programming/scripting language – Java/C#/Javascript/Python
- Must know database concepts
- Strong speaking and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Skills Set:-
- Experience using MS Visio, and MS Excel and good documentation skills
- Experience building call flows using Genesys Cloud Architect
- REST, JavaScript knowledge
