Job Description & Responsibilities:-

  • Must have solid understanding of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Must have good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules i.e. Event management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Request Management from support perspective
  • Well versed with ServiceNow access management [group/User maintenance etc.]
  • Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system including workflows
  • Understanding of Service-Now Logs for troubleshooting adhere Service-Now best practices
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the platform
  • Manage and resolve incidents, requests & changes on ServiceNow applications
  • Provide functional training & support to ServiceNow end users
  • Handle end users calls/emails and understand operational requirements
  • Should have basic knowledge of below Client Side and Server Side Scripting ,UI Policy ,Client Script Business Rule ,UI Action
  • Good Understanding of CMDB / Asset Management / Service Mapping
  • Should have the knowledge and understanding of SLA/OLA configuration
  • Should know how to configure Catalog Items, Workflows and Notifications
  • Fair knowledge on E-bonding, MID server, tool integration etc.
  • Able to work on ServiceNow reports & dashboards
  • Ability to evaluate the current environment, gather needs, and propose resolution at the earliest

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • An academic degree or equivalent qualifications
  • ITIL foundation Certification (Added Advantage)
  • Preferred CSA certificate
  • Display keen interest in the latest technologies and share that knowledge with peers and managers.
  • Fluent in English language, spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across IT
  • Analytical approach
  • Experience in Enterprise datacenter products and environment. Additional Technical skills is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work in a team environment working 24X7
