Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Primarily, they will be responsible for the Batch monitoring.
- In case of any abends, etc, they will do a preliminary investigation, and if it’s a very basic fix, they will do it on their own with Approval or L2 / Dev team.
- If the abend is beyond their remit, they will notify the L2 / Dev teams for further investigation and fixes.
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails related to system file issues
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Mandatory: COBOl, JCL, DB2, VSAM
- Good to have – IMS and CICS
- Tools – CA-7 or similar, File-manager or Similar, Endevor or Similar
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
