Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Supporting the product vision to continue to allow the ODS database to be a one stop shop for all change data
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to ODS team members.
• Work in collaboration with other CTO teams to achieve business objectives.  
• Developing new table structures and data links to bring in new data sources
• Ensuring all data warehouse tasks run as expected, troubleshooting where necessary
• Maintain documentation to the strategic requirements
• Support the development and release cycles of the warehouse capabilities
• Respond to warehouse relating incidents within agreed SLA
• Peer reviews of other BI Developers code
• Input into the technical design and planning to migrate existing Data ware house to the new ODS data platform.
• Create new ETL packages using SSIS Complex Transformations and Error Handling
• Developing Python Scripts for Data Ingestion and Job Scheduling
• Create SQL Agent Jobs and Troubleshoot errors.
• Create new reports using SSRS
• Performance tune and enhance existing environment
• Responding to warehouse related incidents
• Provide technical guidance to other team member where required
• Participate in a culture of knowledge sharing, including maintaining documentation in Confluence.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
• Advanced Transact-SQL – triggers, functions etc. and Minimum Microsoft SQL Server DB skills
• Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS)
• Visualization tools Tableau
• Ability to understand the business context and translate business requirements to technical solutions. 
• Data and warehouse modelling and ETL design and development
• Hands-on development in Python

Skills Set:-

• Basic Python Knowledge on Database connectivity and job scheduling
• Postgres SQL SQL Performance Tuning
• Domain knowledge of finance / Banking
• Oracle / p-SQL experience
• Strong spoken & written communication skills
