Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and propose innovative solutions to improve process efficiency within HR operations.
- Stay updated on market tools and industry best practices to incorporate into HR services.
- Provide technical support and expertise for HR systems and tools.
- Ensure seamless functionality and integration of HR technology solutions.
- Develop clear documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate proposed solutions.
- Prioritize solutions based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and HR stakeholders to bridge the gap and ensure alignment of solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the HR domain.
- Strong understanding of HR processes from hire to retire.
- Expertise in solution design, process optimization, and project management.
- Familiarity with HR technology tools, software, and systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.
Preferred Skill Set:-
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management/ Lean Six Sigma
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
