Role Overview
As an Associate Developer – Software Engineering, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of applications, leveraging your technical skills in databases, programming, and software engineering principles. You will work closely with teams to build scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality code aligned with UST’s values of humility, humanity, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using C# and .NET Framework/Core.
- Write efficient SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and stored procedures.
- Work with SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL for database development and design.
- Apply OOP concepts to build robust console or web applications.
- Implement exception handling, collections, and LINQ in projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices.
Required Skills
✔️ Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, normalization).
✔️ Hands-on experience with SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
✔️ Proficiency in C# and .NET with understanding of OOPs.
✔️ Experience with console or web applications using C#.
✔️ Familiarity with LINQ and exception handling.
Desired Skills
✨ Python scripting for automation and data handling.
✨ Knowledge of libraries like Pandas or Requests.
✨ Understanding of object-oriented Python.
