Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst Associate – PMS Data Scientist, where you’ll play a critical role in turning complex data into actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. In this role, you’ll work under general supervision, applying statistical methods, coding skills, and data visualization expertise to support cross-functional teams and ensure data compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that align with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Design and develop visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Build and maintain robust databases and data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and availability through best practices in data governance.
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, finance, product, and operations to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, HIPAA) when handling sensitive or Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Conduct data validation and apply statistical methods to verify data accuracy and reliability.
• Create thorough documentation of analytical processes and findings for transparency and team knowledge sharing.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, delivering regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
• Support internal and external audits by responding to data-related queries with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, processing, and reporting through automation and advanced analytics techniques.

You’re the Right Fit If You Have:

1. Experience:
   • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Python, R, or SQL programming.
2. Core Skills:
   • Data Analysis & Interpretation
   • Statistical Programming & Methods
   • Data Harmonization & Processing
   • Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
   • Data Mining & Research
   • SQL & Database Management
   • Regulatory Compliance Awareness (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
3. Education:
   • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
4. Soft Skills:
   • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
   • Ability to collaborate across functions
