Key Responsibilities
🔹 Forecasting & Staffing
- Analyze historical trends and call volumes to develop accurate forecasts.
- Create staffing plans aligned with business goals and demand forecasts.
- Adjust workforce levels in real-time to meet service targets.
🔹 Scheduling & Allocation
- Design employee schedules that optimize efficiency while ensuring compliance.
- Manage shift patterns, rotations, and time-off requests to maintain coverage.
- Ensure adequate staffing during peak workload periods.
🔹 Performance Monitoring & Coaching
- Track real-time adherence to schedules and KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching or feedback.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews to support employee development.
🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage workforce data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and present reports/dashboards to guide leadership decisions.
- Provide insights into cost optimization and productivity improvements.
🔹 Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, overtime rules, and company policies.
- Monitor employee time, attendance, and schedule adherence.
- Proactively address risks related to workforce compliance.
