Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and assurance of complex engineering systems and products.
- Define fundamental product concepts and translate technical requirements into functional, safe, and efficient designs.
- Ensure system reliability, safety, maintainability, and environmental compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Support the integration of renewable energy sources and clean technologies into engineering solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, engineering specifications, and support materials for product lifecycle management.
- Evaluate the environmental impact of systems and products in accordance with applicable regulations and internal sustainability policies.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to peers, fostering knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
- Interpret client needs, identify potential issues, and contribute to developing innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product/system design and development within a structured engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles including safety, availability, and reliability assurance.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of lifecycle support, documentation practices, and sustainability standards.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and integration of renewable/clean technologies into design processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams and interface with clients.
