Revolut’s Customer Support Team is the public face of the company, delivering exceptional front-line assistance to millions of users worldwide. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating “WOW” moments for customers by providing fast, effective, and empathetic support—going beyond scripts to truly solve problems.

Since Revolut is a global fintech brand, our services run 24/7. This means your role may require night and weekend shifts, which come with additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-app live chat, phone, and email
- Ensure customers feel safe, supported, and valued while using Revolut’s features
- Represent Revolut online with professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters simply
- Excellent writing, analytical, and IT skills
- High attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping people
- A self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Independent problem-solving and self-learning abilities
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles
- Fluency in additional languages.
