What You’ll Do
- Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives by collecting technical specifications and business documentation.
- Provide Expert Consultation: Guide customers by leveraging product capabilities and proven methodologies. Apply reusable components and best practices to accelerate solution delivery.
- Design End-to-End Solutions: Architect high-level, integrated, and scalable solutions that align with the client’s operational needs, business goals, and budget.
- Lead Reviews and Collaborations: Participate in or lead internal and external design reviews, offering technical insights and strategic direction.
- Customer Communication: Clearly explain the proposed solution and its impact on business processes to both IT and business stakeholders. Ensure all queries are addressed and documented.
- Support Pre-Implementation Phase: Engage in the scoping and approval phase, supporting tasks such as COP (Customer Offer Process), EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) design, and documentation finalization.
- Configure and Test Solutions: Translate the solution architecture into actionable specifications. Oversee solution configuration and execute comprehensive testing plans.
- Issue Resolution: Provide technical support to resolve configuration or implementation challenges during the project lifecycle.
What You Need to Succeed
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering & Management.
- Client Engagement: Strong communication skills with experience in presenting and demonstrating complex solutions to customers.
- Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of telecom business processes and frameworks such as ETOM, ASOM, and Amdocs-specific solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Broad knowledge of Amdocs products and end-to-end telecom operations.
- Leadership: Experience in managing solution delivery across multiple domains and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
