Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to build and enhance scalable enterprise-grade software solutions
- Involve yourself in all phases of the SDLC – from gathering requirements and coding to debugging and performance tuning
- Translate user needs into well-structured code and intuitive functionalities
- Contribute to both frontend and backend development using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Participate in architecture discussions and help define system specifications
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, refactoring, and performance analysis
- Stay abreast of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Actively participate in code reviews and root cause analysis to enhance software quality
- Communicate effectively with global teams, including late evening calls to align with US counterparts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (BE/ME/MCA)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and SQL
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in one or more of the following:
- .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Relational Databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL)
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work from office (5 days a week) and attend late calls to coordinate with the US team
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or project-based experience in software development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, or testing frameworks
- Interest in developing highly concurrent and scalable systems.
