About the Role: Lead Management Analyst
Join the dynamic Lead Management Product Team and play a pivotal role in enhancing Caterpillar’s digital sales and marketing initiatives. This position bridges the gap between business strategy and data analytics, enabling optimized lead generation that drives service revenue through our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into data-driven lead generation strategies
- Analyze user feedback to enhance lead quality and drive performance
- Offer actionable business insights derived from both qualitative and quantitative data
- Identify opportunities for data enhancement and automation of lead generation processes
- Collaborate with Data and Business Intelligence teams for seamless integration
- Provide training and support to users for effective data usage
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the evolution of our digital lead management product
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Law, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and data analytics experience
- Solid understanding of business processes and aftermarket services
- Proven ability to communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization and reporting
Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
- Proficiency in Python or any other programming language
- Knowledge of dealer operations and product applications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing capabilities
