Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive-Fin Ops with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Asset Management and Private Equity Fund Accounting. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support in managing digital assets and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation and review of private equity fund accounting reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies in financial data.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance) CA Inter MCom
- Possess a strong understanding of digital asset management principles.
- Demonstrate expertise in private equity fund accounting.
- Have experience in performance reporting and hedge fund accounting is a plus.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
