Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Create and maintain website content, including industry, insight sand landing pages.
- Uploading digital assets on AEM assets and other video hosting tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the usability and accessibility of the website.
- Co-ordinate and manage end-to-end delivery
- Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web design and development trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that the website is aligned with business goals.
Eligibility Criteria :–
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- The candidate must have 0-1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/ /internal research/strategy teams within key technology companies
Required Skills Set:-
- Work reasonably independently, with appropriate supervision/guidance from Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail;
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines;
- Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve team/project/client goals
- Have discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service
- Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work
- High level of personal integrity and ability to quickly build trust amongst colleagues and clients
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
