Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Workforce Management Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing workforce management strategies and best practices to optimize resource planning.
- Collaborate with the WFM and BI team to analyze historical data, industry trends, and business goals to generate accurate workforce forecasts.
- Support the coordination of workforce planning efforts with operational teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Utilize workforce management systems and tools to monitor real-time adherence, adjust schedules, and address staffing gaps.
- Business Intelligence Analysis:
- Assist in implementing business intelligence strategies, tools, and processes to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to track and communicate workforce management and business intelligence metrics.
- Provide support in delivering recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Assist in generating regular reports and performance dashboards to provide insights into workforce management and business intelligence metrics.
- Support data analysis related to staffing levels, productivity, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments, such as Operations, HR, and Finance, to support workforce management and business intelligence efforts aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist in engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, providing insights and delivering solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in workforce management and business intelligence practices, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance workforce planning, resource allocation, and data analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in workforce management and business intelligence processes.
Eligibility Criteria :–
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in workforce management, business intelligence, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and assist in making data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with workforce management systems and tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Required Skills Set:-
- Basic knowledge of workforce management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and data analysis techniques is a plus.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a desire to learn and develop skills in workforce management and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
